Return & Refund Policy

Acrylic sheets India makes its best possible effort to provide you an excellent online shopping experience. If you are still having any issues regarding products, we are there to help you out in whichever way we can. Our all products are personalized and customized as per customer’s requirements.

• You can request a return by contacting us by phone or sending messages within 48 hours of your delivery. If the product is having any manufacturing defects.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all price tags, labels, and invoices fully attached.
• A refund of 90% of the total amount will be initiated for the Cancellation of an Order before being shipped (being Monday to Friday and not including weekends or bank holidays).

Refund Policy

We always try to offer the best quality services that meet our client’s requirements. In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services, after verifying all reasons like logistics or manufacturer errors and defects in products, we can provide a refund. All refunds will take a maximum of 5 to 7 working days to process and they will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account.
